Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Shrader is the CEO of Wellspring International. He has worked in the higher education fields since 1999 - first as a research scientist in learning sciences, then building teaching communities, and marketing teacher education programs. Over the last several years he has transitioned to building a higher education marketing and recruitment company.

Dr. Shrader has overseen the growth of Wellspring International from a small start-up through several mergers and acquisitions to become one of the leading higher education marketing organizations.

Dr. Shrader counts himself an alumni of Villanova University, Cornell University, and Northwestern University. Go Nova!


Aspen jacoby, MBA

Director of Admissions & Retention

Aspen Jacoby has worked in higher education for the past 10 years. For the last 7 years, she has worked closely with international students in Admissions and Student Services. Mrs. Jacoby was the International Student Advisor and Designated School Officer for a 4-year University, in Denver Colorado. She has worked with international students to ensure they have a smooth entry into the United States all the way through to seeing them walk across the stage at commencement. Mrs. Jacoby has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s in Business Administration.

In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family or exploring the great outdoors skiing, running, hiking, or hitting the links.


liliya ambartsumyan, M.eD

Director of Student & College Services

Ms. Ambarsumyan oversees programs at the Community Colleges of Spokane and the Community College of Philadelphia. She began her career in higher education at the University of Michigan and has since worked at other colleges and universities across the country. Outside of work, Ms. Ambarsumyan has traveled extensively both in the United States and abroad. An avid supporter of public education, she is presently very active in Spokane Public Schools. Her interest in international learning stems, at least in part, from her fluency in three languages.
